Service agreements
Planned servicing, so the wall isn't a problem on the day it matters
Operable walls fail predictably. Carriers wear, seals perish and panels drift out of alignment, and all of it shows months before the wall strands you mid-function. A scheduled visit puts that in the maintenance budget instead of an emergency callout.
Plans
Three shapes, priced to your site
Which one suits depends on how often the wall moves, not on how big the building is. We quote per site once we have seen what you have.

Agreements cover the scheduled visit, inspection and adjustment. Parts and repair labour are quoted separately and approved by you before any work. Full terms are set out in the agreement itself.
What a visit looks like
An hour or two, booked when the room is free
We book around the room, not the other way around. Before opening, between bookings, during term break. On the day we:
- Run the wall through its full cycle
- Inspect it end to end
- Adjust what needs it and leave it working
You get a written condition report the same week. It lists what was done, what is wearing, and roughly when it will need attention. That report makes next year's maintenance budget defensible.
Questions
Before you commit to a schedule
Start with one visit
Book a single service call and read the condition report. If a schedule is worth it for your site, that report will make the case better than we can.
